New blog
Hello Everyone,
It's been quite a while since my last post but I was a little busy with my card sale (which went vey well by the way!). Then the holidays came and went and I got busy with some special orders for cards, including a large set of invitations.
Now I'm back and have decided to create a new blog that will be a personal account of my crafting, leaving this blog for group posts. Please follow me at DPL-Designs.blogspot.com. Please feel free to comment and/or contact me when you wish.

It's About Time!
Hello Everyone!
It's beeen way too long since I've been able to post any news. As those who know me best are aware, I've had a couple of difficult years health-wise but I am now on the mend. I'm better and ready to get back into the full swing of things. I've been working slowly over the last few months on greeting cards and tags for a sale that I'm planning at the end of November. I will be in touch with the details. I will post a few pictures in the next couple of days just as a preview.
As always, I hope everyone has been touched in some way by a craft--it's good for the soul!

4th Crafting Evening
Hello Everyone!
Our 4th Crafting Evening was scheduled to be on Friday, May 27 but I have had to cancel it. We will be stopping our evenings for the summer, since it's difficult to get everyone together with all the busy schedules of summer time. We will resume in the Fall. I will be posting info later in the summer. In the meantime, I wish everyone a great summer and maybe we can get some crafting done on our own, if we can stay indoors long enough!

3rd Crafting Evening
Hello Everyone,
We had our 3rd Crafting Evening on Friday May 6 and we had a great time. We created some pretty 'jacket' cards. Each one was very different from the others but they were all equally beautiful. I'll be adding some pictures soon. I've also just added some picures from our previous get-together--so check them out.
Our next evening will be Friday, May 27. I am calling this evening I've been framed! I hope everyone can make it.

2nd Crafting Evening
Hello Everyone,
The 2nd crafting evening of our Sisterhood Of The Crafting Hands was held on Friday April 1st and it was a great success. We had a lot of fun creating Easter cards and candy packages. I'll be adding some pictures of the pretty things we made in the next few days. We crafted and we chit-chatted and it was great!
Our next get-together will be Friday, May 6th at 7:00p.m. I hope everyone can make it and maybe we can add a few more friends to the mix also.

Crafting Update
Hello Everyone,
I hope evreyone has had a chance to do a bit of crafting. I've made a few things in the last couple of weeks. There is always an occasion for creating a gift tag or card to give as part of a present and I certainly have quite a few this year! I've also made myself a bookmark just for fun (and to spoil myself a bit) and it makes me smile every time I look at it. I'll be adding some pictures for everyone to see. I've also made some samples for our next get-together but you"ll have to wait till then to see them! Can't wait!
